Carroll County Magistrate Court Defies Governor – Commentary by Billy Bearden
In a case worse than the recent Cedartown flag-switcheroo at the courthouse just before Perdue shows up, we here in Carrollton have what could become Flag-Gate....
If you are looking at the front of the Carroll County Courthouse, to your right will be a Confederate Statue, then a street, then some businesses (or so it seems) This is the courthouse annex, which includes the Magistrate court and District Attorney's office.

The insets in this photo show the DA's office over the Magistrate Court of Carroll County
On the street side the offices open up only on 1 level, but if you go around back, it is a three tiered deal - D.A. Pete Scandal-akous' office is up top, and the Magistrate court is on the bottom (it really does roll downhill!)
In the Magistrate Court's window in plain view of all passersby is the
county seal flanked by 2 flags - one is the yankee occupation flag, and the other is the roy-b-gone-barnes-legacy-of-2-years gotta-get-me-a-kennedy-award flag. Inside the court behind the judge's desk is another barnes blue butt wiper.
What a photo op! [See the photos below]....the leading prosecutor in West Georgia just above a court of law in violation of the law. Mark Butler is just 1/2 mile down on the left of the courthouse and the Perdue-flag-crazy McDaniel-Curtis-scalawag-grannie-camp not only has gotten tons of free Perdue flags from Butler, but they meet 1/3 of a mile away from the courthouse, and with all the Perdue/Chamber flags floating around, plus the DA's office above, the Magistrate court continues to skirt the law, but that poor old fireman in Thomaston gets called on the carpet for flying a 56!
The photos were not retouched in any way except to show the insets of the two offices.
Obviously, I'm no fan of the Perdue/Chamber flag, it just strikes me as funny that a County Magistrate would flaunt his defiance of the law and the Governor. I thought judges were supposed to be "non-partisan."

Looking through the window of the Magistrate's office the Barnes rag is visible through the glare

Through the side window the view is a little clearer.
