The Third American Revolution - Part 1 – by Frank Conner
PART 1. THE PROBLEM
During the past half-century, the U.S. has undergone a quiet revolution that will have short-term and long-term
effects every bit as far-reaching as those of the American Revolution and the War of Northern Aggression; yet nobody even seems to have
noticed that it has happened.
This third major revolution is in the basic nature of the American political system. During the last half of
the 20th century, our traditional two-party system was gradually subverted into a one-party system with two wings that only pretend to
compete. As a result, the sovereignty (i.e., the ultimate power to make the basic decisions as to how the country is to be governed)
has been taken away from the public by the Washington politicians and the coalition of movers-and-shakers which owns and operates them.
These movers-and-shakers consist of a very loose coalition of the supercapitalists (CEOs of multinationals, and
those who control major blocs of stocks) with the ideological leftists in the media, academia, and the courts, who shape public opinion in the
U.S. These two groups of elitists have very different interests, but both groups believe that their own interests will be best served if the
U.S. becomes a member state of a socialist global-government and also embraces a socialist government nationally, and who realize that neither
group can bring that about without the full cooperation of the other. (We’ll examine the reasons why and how they arrived at that conclusion
in Part 2 of this piece.)
Accordingly, the supercapitalists and the ideological leftists arrived at a rough compromise regarding the major
social and economic issues during the first half of the 20th century (primarily during the administration of FDR). To understand the nature
of this compromise, all you have to do is examine carefully the editorial policies of the major U.S. newspapers—the New York Times,
the Washington Post, and the Los Angeles Times. By “editorial policies,” I mean the nature and ideological slanting of
every item that goes into those newspapers, because the way those articles treat the issues identifies the compromises made between big
business and the radical socialists to form their coalition.
This coalition realized that the American public would not accept socialist rule globally and nationally
without intensive propaganda-preparation and a lot of government trickery. Academia and the media could provide the propaganda; but to
acquire the necessary government-trickery, the coalition would have to buy up almost all of the Washington politicians; so that’s what
it did during the last half of the 20th century. That was relatively easy to do, because every politician needs large amounts of money
and media access; and the coalition controlled both. In that process, they destroyed the two-party political system in the U.S., and left
us with today’s single-party which takes its orders from the coalition of the supercapitalists and the socialists--—and to hell with the
needs of America and the American public.
Those manipulators have been able to get away with their gigantic power-grab because of a couple of
carefully-tended myths about the basic nature of American politics which the public clings to faithfully despite all evidence to the
contrary, and which successfully blind the public to the harsh realities.
Can myths really be that powerful and effective? We’ll examine that fully in Part 2; but first, in the
rest of this article, we’ll nail down with a number of examples the point that there is no longer any substantial difference between
the policies of the Democratic party and the Republican party regarding the issues that are critically important to the survival and
growth of the United States as a free and independent nation governed under the U.S. Constitution.
1. Responses of Both Political Parties to the Vitally-Important Issues of Today
Following are some examples of issues of critical importance to the survival and economic growth of the
U.S. as a free and independent nation--—to which both the Democrats and the Republicans have responded in essentially the same way in
recent years--—no matter which party held the reins of power.
1.1 Global Government. Both the Democrats and Republicans seek to junk constitutional government
in America--—as prescribed by the U.S. Constitution--—and hand over much of the governance of our country to global government(s), over which
the American voters will have no control. This is the policy that has been preached ever since 1921 by the Council on Foreign Relations,
through its monthly publication, Foreign Affairs, which is the Bible of
almost every Washington politician today—--no matter how homespun
he may make his viewpoint sound to the electorate back home.
The Democrats are honest about their goal: they say up front that they want the U.S. to hand much of its
sovereignty over directly to the U.N., which they believe (purely as an act of faith) is far-better qualified to dictate the activities
of the U.S. than are the U.S. citizens and their elected representatives. President Clinton openly said that the nation-state is now
dangerously obsolete, and (completely ignoring the disastrous track-record of the UN) that global government is the only way to fly.
Not a single soul in the media or academia asked Clinton how he could reconcile that viewpoint with his oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution.
The Republicans lie to the public about their goal. They abdicated their job in Congress and simply gave
the U.S. president the power to negotiate the terms of a series of trade treaties which so far have given international trade organizations
the right to dictate how the U.S. will conduct an amazingly wide range of its domestic and foreign activities, without any right on the part
of the voters to select the people who are now dictating how we must lead our daily lives. But President Bush is demanding far, far more
than that.
The most egregious example of his approach is the North American Union--—which President Bush refuses to admit
the existence of--- but which every element of the U.S. government is now bending all of its efforts to implement under our very noses. It
will favor exclusively the wishes of the supercapitalists in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico—--while working directly to destroy constitutional
government in America, and to harm the interests of the United States. Bush has actually bragged about that publicly in his meetings with
top Mexican and Canadian officials.
And, of course, all of the various international trade associations which Bush is arbitrarily foisting off on
America will later be folded into the U.N., such that the U.S. will soon be under the complete control of the socialist U.N. regarding a large
number of its foreign and domestic policies anyway, no matter whether the Democratic party or the Republican party is in control. So the
differences between the Democrats and the Republicans regarding global government are purely a matter of style and timing--—not substance.
1.2 A Socialist U.S. Government
The Democrats prefer to tax and spend; the Republicans prefer to
borrow and spend; but both parties are committed to incrementally growing the U.S. government steadily, such that each year it directly
controls more and more of the private affairs of the American citizens until the politicians will have locked us into an all-intrusive
socialist government, a` la Soviet Russia, Communist China, et al. The Democrats are honest about their intentions: they state openly
their belief that big government can successfully solve all of the nation’s social problems—--despite all historical evidence to the contrary;
while the Republicans lie and say they want to shrink the federal government. But all you have to do is watch what happens to the growth
of the national budget and the number of pages of the U.S. Code while the government is under the control of either party, to see that the
results are basically the same in either case.
To identify the real policies of the current president regarding national socialism, all you have to do is ignore
Bush’s campaign rhetoric and study his actions as the president. A good example (one of many) is the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina’s
devastation of New Orleans in 2005. In the United States, the rebuilding of an area devastated by a natural disaster has traditionally been
the job of the affected state(s)--—not the federal government; with emergency assistance from FEMA for the short term when absolutely
necessary. But in this case, our two national race-hustlers, Jesse Jackson
and Al Sharpton, accused the federal government of failure to
take over New Orleans and rebuild it from scratch because of racism—--New Orleans being the “Chocolate City,” in the words of black Mayor Ray
Nagin. President Bush (with the approval of most of the Democrats and Republicans in Congress) responded by decreeing that the rebuilding of
New Orleans was indeed the exclusive responsibility of the federal taxpayers, and he promptly sicced his (and the Congress’) incredible
abortion, the Department of Homeland Security, on that totally-incompetent city. We all know the results of that; and Bush’s precedent
marks another great leap forward by the U.S. into unworkable national socialism.
1.3 Suppressing Christianity in the U.S.. Secular socialism and Christianity don’t mix, so Christianity
had to go. Since the great majority of voters were practicing Christians, that was too hot a potato for the Congress or the executive
branch to handle directly, so they shuffled that job off to the Supreme Court. Make no mistake: that’s the real job of the Supreme
Court—--doing the dirty work that not even our elected politicians will touch. Accordingly, beginning in 1947 (with its Everson ruling),
and without a shred of constitutional justification to back it up, the Supreme Court and its sidekick, the ACLU, have been successfully
discrediting, isolating, and stamping out Christianity in the U.S. ever since.
If you read the U.S. Constitution, you see that it clearly intended for the elected legislature (the Congress)
to make the laws governing the U.S., and not the unelected Supreme Court. In fact, the constitutional duties of the Supreme Court are so
sharply limited that were the Court to operate in a constitutional manner, it would have almost no impact upon the daily lives of most
Americans today. And the Constitution gives the Congress full power to halt the unconstitutional outrages perpetrated almost daily by
the arbitrary tyrannical Court, but it is obvious that whether the Democrats or the Republicans control Congress, neither party will lift
a finger to halt the Supreme Court’s destruction of Christianity in America. So all the Republican talk about family values is only so much hogwash.
1.4 Destroying the Conservative White South. If you track what the U.S. news media and academia and the
government are saying and doing on a daily basis, you see that domestically, the perennial main theme is “racism.” American history since the
1950s is portrayed primarily as a morality play, in which mainstream America has been engaged in an unending struggle to prevent the evil
white South from re-enslaving the blacks. Almost all of America’s social ills flow from the unthinkable activities of the conservative
white South; so the white Southerners must be discredited totally and cast into outer darkness; and the principles they have lived by must
be suppressed. Only then will America be safe for socialism. Same ol’, same ol’, year after year, decade after decade. The South is
America’s (i.e., the Northern liberals’) official whipping-boy.
On the national level, both the Democrats and the Republicans play their parts in this gang-stomping with
equal gusto. You will note that both the (“temporary”) Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Voting Rights Act of 1965 are still renewed faithfully
each time their terms expire. It is now de rigeur for every presidential candidate to campaign actively against the battle flag and all
things Confederate. And although the national Democratic party has been repudiating its degenerate white-Southern wing at least since
the 1920s, it was recently joined in that chorus by the national Republican party, which declares with great joy that it can now win the
next election without the help of the evil white South.
1.5 Illegal Immigration. Both parties are doing their dead-level best to swamp the U.S. with illegal
aliens from Mexico and points south. The entire federal government is--with the exception of a few laughably useless token efforts—---flatly
refusing to perform its most basic duty of guarding our nation’s borders. In Congress, the Democrats and Republicans are competing to see
who can develop the most disastrous unworkable amnesty program for Mexican illegals which will swamp us with many more times the numbers
that are flooding across our border now. Meanwhile, President Bush visits Mexico and openly declares openly that he is running the U.S. to
suit the wishes of the Mexican supercapitalists.
The Washington pols—--Democrat and Republican---blithely ignore the facts that the illegals are swamping the U.S.
social welfare system, are finishing off our crippled public education system, are driving down wages disastrously in the U.S., and are coming
here (including to Georgia) in such huge numbers that in many regions they are replacing the traditional conservative U.S. society with that
of a completely corrupted one in which bribery (la mordida—the little bite) is an essential element of every transaction--—private and
public---resulting in the fact that drug lords with huge private armies now largely control Mexico. Also, anyone who has studied the
operations of La Raza
[translates to "the race"] and other militant Hispanic-groups, knows that those radicals whom the U.S. pols are now sucking up to make the
militant blacks look like a church picnic.
Why do the Republicans and Democrats try to hide all that from public view? Because the
supercapitalists in
America (big business), in their now-unrestrained greed, seek to drive American wages down to the level of the Third World countries; and
if that destroys most of the middle class in America, tough beans. Also, the ideological liberals see the Mexicans as the ideal
replacements for the blacks as the primary instrument with which to attack and destroy traditional conservative middle-class America,
in preparation for Rousseau’s brave new world of socialism.
1.6 Shipping the U.S. Manufacturing Overseas
The U.S. supercapitalists (CEOs of multinationals, etc.)
are busily shipping U.S. manufacturing overseas, and particularly to the military dictatorship of Communist China, which has been our deadly
enemy since the end of WWII.
Both the Democrats and Republicans have supported the U.S. supercapitalists fully in their program of shipping
the U.S. manufacturing to China and elsewhere abroad, to exploit the cheap labor there. As the direct result, the real personal income of
the average American has been in steady decline ever since the late 1950s; and that is why the American housewives had to enter the
workforce en masse—and thus could no longer take the time to raise their children right.
In combination with the importation of illegal aliens from Mexico by the tens of millions, the
supercapitalists intend to use the policy of
shipping our manufacturing overseas to drive most of the American middle-class out of
existence, to slash the U.S. wage-rate and satisfy their own personal greed. This policy also suits most of the supposedly touchy-feely
liberals, for a very different reason (to destabilize the existing conservative society in the U.S. and render it vulnerable). This
policy will surely destroy America as we know it; but the only media persons I have heard complaining about it are Lou Dobbs (CNN) and
Patrick Buchanan, and one or two others; and the Washington politicians—--Democrats and Republicans alike—--have remained perfectly silent
about it.
1.7 U.S. Energy Policy
The U.S. became an industrial power in the 19th century in part because of its
coal deposits; but it became the world’s leading superpower during the first half of the 20th century because of its then-vast petroleum reserves.
But one of the key compromises the key supercapitalists made with the socialists in the U.S. during the last
half of the 20th century was over the environmental issues. Big Oil—--which spends huge sums of lobbying money and can generally get any
policy it wants from the Washington pols—--recognized like the other supercapitalists that the environmentalists, by falsely panicking
the population with junk science, offer the very fastest route to socialism in America and the world in the 21st century. So Big Oil
agreed to stop drilling for oil offshore, and to stop building new refineries in America, and instead to invest small amounts in
alternate-energy sources.
Accordingly, the Washington politicians refuse to permit the drilling for oil and natural gas in or near
United States territory, thus putting the economic fate of the U.S. in the hands of the nations of the Middle East; while at the same time,
those politicians permit Zionist Jews to dictate to them the U.S. foreign-policy regarding the Middle East. And while the U.S. continues to endure
a severe shortage of American oil-refineries, EXXON-Mobil racked up its largest annual profit in history last year. Instead, the
Washington pols—--both Democrats and Republicans--—'solve' our nation’s critical energy-problem by extending Daylight Savings Time, and by
requiring the use of ethanol in gasoline, a gallon of which requires more than a gallon of gasoline to produce, but which will enrich
politically active Archer Daniel Midland and the other grain oligarchs beyond even their own wildest dreams.
1.8 Other Foreign Policy
The two global hot-spots most strongly affecting the well-being of the
U.S. today are the Middle East and China.
The Middle East
President George W. Bush’s neoconservative Zionist advisors led his administration
to invade Iraq a second time by falsely tying Saddam Hussein’s regime in Iraq to Al Qaeda’s 9/11/2001 attack on the U.S., and thereafter to
attempt to “rebuild” Iraq, even though that country, as constituted, consisting as it does of Shiites, Sunnis, and Kurds, was ungovernable,
except by making one group dominant, and then using terror tactics to frighten the other two groups into total submission (as Saddam
Hussein had done). As has been proven in practice over and over again, multiculturalism does not work. But the neocons promoted this
adventure anyway, because they considered Saddam Hussein a deadly enemy of Israel, and far better to expend American blood and
treasure to pursue Israel’s interests than use Israeli blood and treasure. Not surprisingly, both the Democrats and Republicans went
along with that game.
By diverting America’s energies away from Afghanistan into Iraq, Bush crippled his own attempt to defeat the
Taliban (thus by proxy, Al Qaeda) completely, and “rebuild” Afghanistan. And by committing America’s coercive power fully to the invasion
and occupation of Iraq, Bush had none left over to deal with the rest of the world. Nevertheless, at that point Bush began issuing threats
to North Korea and Iran regarding their nuclear programs (which can constitute a real future headache for the U.S.). But seeing that Bush could not
then back up his threats, both North Korea and Iran called his bluff. Bush then crawfished, and pretended to solve those problems via
“talks” with North Korea, and by submitting the Iranian problem to U.N. sanctions—--even though the world knows full well that both China and
Russia seek oil deals with Iran and will not permit the U.N. to mount real sanctions against her. Via these juvenile actions, Bush piddled
away much of the vitally important power and prestige of the U.S. as a superpower. Both the Democrats and Republicans (with a couple of
notable exceptions) went along with Bush until it finally became clear even to the man in the street that Bush has no clue as to the
consequences of his shoot-from-the-hip actions. Only then did the Democrats conclude that the Iraq War would be a safe campaign issue for the
2008 elections.
The U.S. news media have positioned most of the Middle-East nations as the basic enemies of the U.S., by arguing
that the Muslims are conducting a holy war against us because they hate “democracy.” But what those Muslims really hate is that during WWI,
the slimy Brits promised them their freedom from the Turks after that war if they would aid the British war effort by rebelling against the
Turks; but then after the war, the Brits and the French occupied those countries of the Middle East themselves as their “mandates”
(i.e., colonies), and then carved up a part of that Arab territory as a new homeland for the Jews without even consulting the Arabs,
because the Brits had also promised the British Jews to do that in return for them getting their American-Jewish cousins to help persuade
America to join WWI to help out Britain; and the Brits later kept that particular promise—--for awhile.
And then in 1948, in return for reelection campaign financing by the American Jews when the traditional
Democratic moneybags refused to do so, President Truman strongarmed the new U.N. into reluctantly establishing Israel as an independent
nation; and (because the American Jews later took over the foreign policy of the U.S. regarding the Middle East), the U.S. now automatically
supports Israel against the Arabs in every case, in pure knee-jerk reflex. THAT is what has led us directly into a major race-war with
Islam, which we will eventually lose, because the U.S. government (led by the U.S. Supreme Court) has now largely succeeded at destroying our
nation’s belief in Christianity; and history has shown repeatedly that those who truly believe in something will almost always win out over
those who do not believe in anything.
The important point here is that neither any important Democratic-politician nor any important
Republican-politician has ever had the honesty to identify for the American public what these Middle East wars are really all about; and
certainly the Jewish-dominated news media have not done so. And without any honest discussion of the real issue, we will never find a
satisfactory solution to our Middle East quandary; and large numbers of American military personnel will continue to be killed senselessly
because the Zionist Jews continue to control both our nation’s foreign policy and the news media regarding the Middle East.
China
There is another foreign-policy issue of direct importance to the survival and growth of the
U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s Delano ancestors, who first profited beyond their wildest dreams by helping the Brits to force opium
upon the helpless population of China directly against the wishes of the Chinese government, and later were missionaries to China, caused FDR
to view China in the 1930s and 1940s through such drastically distorted rose-colored glasses that he considered Dictator Chiang Kai-shek to
be the savior of Southeast Asia, even though Chiang was clearly a sociopath who was led by the weakness of his regime to enforce
indescribable miseries upon the Chinese populace. But even with massive postwar assistance from the U.S., Chiang’s postwar Nationalist
Government was so corrupt that it failed to gain the support of the populace of China; and it was run out of China by the Chinese Communists
and had to settle in the island of Taiwan.
Yet even though both FDR and Chiang are long since dead, today the U.S. government continues to interfere in
the domestic policies of China by supporting the independence of Taiwan to the extent of supplying them arms, and threatening Communist
China via the presence of U.S. Navy warships. That is primarily because a few of our multinational supercapitalists prefer to do their
manufacturing in Taiwan.
Meanwhile, at the behest of our supercapitalists who prefer to do their manufacturing in Communist China,
for decades the U.S. government has closed its eyes while (according to a number of U.S. counterespionage-personnel) the highly-effective
Chinese spy-network in America has stolen our critical nuclear-secrets, as well as a wide array of other key military and industrial secrets.
In addition, for decades the Chinese have systematically lied and broken every promise they made to the U.S.
regarding trade-policies, and thereby have built up a huge trade surplus with us by exporting vast quantities of manufactured goods to us,
while mostly importing our superior technologies so they can then go into direct competition with us. Meanwhile, the military dictatorship
of China is using its huge trade-surpluses to arm itself for its next war with the U.S., over Taiwan. The Chinese are buying superior
missiles and aircraft and submarines and other weaponry from the Russians, the Israelis, and our other “friends.”
The Chinese military has been learning how to hack into and sabotage our critical military computer-networks,
and destroy our GPS and communications satellites, to render inoperative much of our high-tech warmaking capability; and to stalk and attack
our aircraft carriers. At the behest of our government (whether run by the Democrats or the Republicans), our top generals and admirals have
continued to invite the Chinese military to observe our war games (intended to combat the Chinese), and to learn at first hand our other
operational strategies and tactics.
The response of both the Democrats and the Republicans to the Chinese threat has been essentially the same. For
example, agencies of the Chinese government contributed funds to the Clinton election-campaign; and President Clinton named Samuel (“Sandy”)
Burger, who had previously been the chief lobbyist for the Chinese government, as his National Security Advisor; and then Clinton moved
heaven and earth to get China admitted to the World Trade Organization—where she now shoots us down regularly.
The policies of both the Democrats and the Republicans toward Communist China are suicidal for our country--thus
treasonous; but that is exactly the response which the coalition of U.S. supercapitalists and socialists demands from our Washington politicians.
1.9 National Defense Policies
Even though by their nature, our wars in Afghanistan and Iraq
necessarily invite massive terrorist counterattacks against the continental U.S. by Muslim terrorists, both the Democrats and the Republicans
in the administration and Congress have assigned their very lowest priority to defending the U.S. against such counterattacks.
Congress has reacted to this threat primarily by enacting legislation (the Patriot Act, etc.) which gives the
government a great deal more control over the lives of ordinary Americans, and which subjects our airline passengers to absurd types of
harassment (to convince the public that the government is actually defending them). But when the time came for the government to do its
part to actually defend the nation, both the Democrats and the Republicans treated both their wars and the threat as jokes. For example:
Intelligence
It is absolutely necessary to have a first-rate intel organization in order to deal
effectively with terrorists, yet the U.S. has always had the worst intelligence of any major power, for two reasons. First, Americans have
always believed that spying is sneaky and dirty, and they don’t want to be associated with it. Second, the leadership culture in our highest
political and military circles quietly believes that intelligence is the weapon of the weak, and so they spurn it, except momentarily from
time to time, after they’ve gotten caught with their pants down. (Therefore, for example, an intel career in the U.S. military is a dead-end street.)
And so, what the Democrats and the Republicans in the administration and Congress desperately needed to do
was to correct the disastrous shortcomings in the policies and procedures of the existing U.S. intelligence community that have been obvious
even to the casual observer since the late 1940s. Instead, they took the cheapest shot imaginable: they created an extra layer of
bureaucracy—they named an intelligence “czar” to pretend to run the existing mess, and then they swiftly washed their hands of the whole affair.
Second, the Democrats and Republicans in the administration and Congress needed to act to close our
nation’s borders to prevent the infiltration of any more terrorists, and the importation of any nuclear, biological, or chemical
weapons. This was particularly important, because they had been deliberately keeping the Mexican border wide open, to please the
supercapitalists by driving U.S. labor rates increasingly lower with each passing year. Also, they had only been inspecting about 3%
of the imported cargoes—again, to please the supercapitalists.
So what did the Democrats and Republicans in the administration and Congress then do? They named a defense
“czar” to pretend to run the existing mess, and then they cobbled together an incredible abortion (even by Washington standards) of a
department for him to pretend to run. They called it the “Department of Homeland Security.” They populated it with the existing
incompetent and deliberately-mismanaged federal agencies. The current performance-level of those agencies is even worse (if that is
possible) than it was before. But that’s okay with the Democratic and the Republican politicians, because its real job is to satisfy
the wishes of the supercapitalists who own and operate them, not to defend the U.S. against terrorist attacks.
If you ignore their impassioned rhetoric, and judge both the Democratic and Republican politicians in the
administration and Congress solely by their actions, you have to conclude that they don’t give one thin damn about the security of the
U.S., at least, not when their supercapitalist/socialist bosses don’t want them to.
2. Summary
The point of these examples has been to demonstrate unequivocably that we now have a complete collection of
Washington politicians (who run all three branches of the federal government) demonstrating day after day by their actions that whether they
call themselves Democrats or Republicans, they are actually internationalist elitists who despise the U.S. Constitution, the United States
as a separate and distinct nation, and everything that it stands for. It matters not what those pols stood for when they were elected,
the system now swiftly molds them all to suit itself. In reality, they answer only to the coalition of supercapitalists and elite
socialists who demand that the U.S. permit the socialist U.N. (or interim international trade-associations) to dictate all of its foreign
policy and much of its domestic policy, and that the U.S. be run by a socialist government that will dictate in agonizing detail how the
American public must think and act. The supercapitalists will own both of those governments, so those governments will have to do the
supercapitalists’ bidding first; and the socialists will be allowed to control everything else.
So whether you (and the rest of the American public) vote for Republicans or Democrats in future elections,
that won’t really mean a thing, because in either case you’ll get essentially the same kind of government—that which the coalition of
supercapitalists and ideological socialists decrees that you must receive, to advance their own interests. That is a sharply-different
form of government from what we used to have, and from what most Americans--—and even most political junkies—--believe that we still have.
Part 2 of this piece will tell how the U.S. acquired its secret single-party political system; what that
means for us in the future; and what—--if anything--—we can do about it.
