Over the last several years the Georgia Heritage Council has published some outstanding contributions to modern day literature and thought.

We're proud to have done this, and to have assembled some of the finest writers in contemporary times to achieve this milestone.

Last Wednesday we published what I consider to be the most important message we have ever done. That says a lot considering all the good works that have gone before. It is part two of Frank Conner's treatise on the Third American Revolution.

We published Part One about a week ago.

This is a serious short course on where we started, where we've been and how we got to where we are today. It is more than literature, more than history, more than economics, more than social studies; it is the best summation of a crisis that is upon us.

For those who like brevity, this won't be it. It will take you a little while longer to read this than the typical article on GHC. If you will set aside the time, I believe you will thank Frank Conner, and hopefully me, for calling this to your attention. Don't feel like you have to stop everything and read it right now. Hold it until you have the time and concentration to devote to it. It isn't that long.

If you agree with me of its importance, circulate it to your friends, as I have you. By all means save it for your own family members and your personal archives.

People as devoted to liberty as Frank Conner is, come along so seldom in these days of scrambling from duty, to family, to faith, to all the diversions that have taken us from the tracks of our ancestors to the desperate situation we, and our children and grandchildren now face.
