Liberty Lost The Past, Present and Future Miscalculations, Misinformation and
Misleading Road to Destruction of The Republic. (Part 2) by J. A. Davis
"The principal for which we contend is bound to reassert itself, though it may
be at another time and in another form." ---Jefferson Davis
"Though written constitutions may be violated in moments of passion or delusion, yet
they furnish a text to which those who are watchful may again rally and recall the people. They fix, too, for the
people the principles of their political creed." ---Thomas Jefferson
We at GHC are often inspired by other real constitutional conservatives
who opine along similar tracks we have commented on.
Not long ago I wrote a commentary on what I consider to be the greatest
internal danger in America, commutarianism, and how it has crept into every level of
the public sector, particularly government at all levels.
At your leisure, please save this article by
Joyce Morrison which appears on the News With Views website.
We at GHC have long been cheerleaders for News With Views. We have
supported Elizabeth Wright, a real conservative, who just happens to be a black
lady. We've watched as Elizabeth started with less than modest
beginnings to now where she has assembled some of the best conservative thinkers and writers in the nation.
Many of the contributors are not household names, much like the
wonderful assemblage we have at GHC. They like we are blazing a trail that pretty
well defines the difference between those who claim to be conservative while hiding
in various degrees of commutarian programs and ideology.
Many of those involved in the sell out of liberty are not, in truth,
aware they have been swooped into a cesspool of global or world order.
The swoopers are well aware of their goals and purposes. They are on
schedule as most Americans enjoy the same fruits of pleasure that made
Nero and his fiddle but another forgotten lesson in the history of
dereliction.
Our state and many of our counties and
cities in Georgia are all involved in jumping on the wagon of commutarianism.
The power of the people has been lessened to the point we are
perilously close to handing what we do and how we live over to one of the most powerful and
corrupt industries in Georgia, lobbying for special interests.
Look at the present governor and the legislature his party totally
controls. Wittingly or otherwise, they have combined to take your liberty away while
telling you they are protecting you. ("Will they not protect us from all we own?" Rogers and Hammerstein,
the King and I)
Look and listen to the talk show folks who
tell you they are the conservative voice, but proceed to push the big hoax of the
watered down versions of eminent domain, amnesty for illegal alien
criminals, ethics in government to enhance more control by lobbyists for
special interests, secrecy legislation that hides more than it reveals, including using your money to fund back
room deals for special interests.
Sound familiar? It is all emanating from
a well oiled (good description) administration in Atlanta.
For all he money flowing from the special
interests, these politicians who are selling your liberty and their
media minions are frightful that there will be an awakening by the
people of Georgia. Grass roots votes are the only way to offset millions of tarnished
campaign dollars.
Evidence how they bottle up legislation like candidate ballot access
designed to reform the ability for candidates to offer an alternate program to the
status quo. Why do they refuse to allow the legislature or the people vote a fair
choice on their state flag?
The only thing that frightens them is that
a slumbering electorate might one day awaken and vaguely remember something
about "the consent of the governed".
Think about it while Nero still fiddles.
Oh for articulate candidates to take on the elite establishment in the
upcoming Republican primary.
Using just the issues listed above along with GHC's Atlanta vs Georgia
issues could spell a major upset in Georgia and derail at least temporarily the out of control train wreck history has
ordained to repeat.
The Democrats have a different problem. So we can remain non-partisan, they were involved in
commutarian thinking long before their rivals. They should sue for grand theft and pandering. Typical of their lack of creativity
and control by one small segment which prevents mainstream support for what could be a great opportunity for the two party, or more,
competition that enhances liberty and smokes out the phonies who claim to be what they're not.
But then, how can the pot call the kettle...never mind.
The Emperor has no clothes.
Nero fiddles on....
