We're all fairly familiar with the statement by Ben Franklin when asked "What have you given us?" His response to the inquiring lady was " A Republic, if YOU can keep it."

We have not kept the faith of our fathers.

We have sat idly by and watched a conglomeration of Marxists of many phony cover-up descriptions incrementally take each word and sentence of the Constitution and quietly either ignore or pronounce their own illicit substitutions which seem pretty plausible to many Americans who really have too many personal pursuits and pleasures to even consider what has happened to liberty.

Lest you feel I am being politically partisan, I am not. Both major parties have been under the influence and control of a well planned and careful step by step incremental plan to eventually encapsulate what we have known as the Republic.

Those of you who follow the commentaries on the Georgia Heritage Council website may fail remember the many warnings regarding the deterioration of our federal system of limited government.

We have now grown to epidemic proportions.

The liberty that I have seen sliding away escalated with the radical Republican usurpation during and following the War Between the States. They were simply reviving the theories of the failed Whig Party, a loyalty many so called Republicans never gave up. Some of this same radical theory is practiced today by the so called Republican neo-cons who have their origins with Leon Trotsky, the documented Russian Communist murderer.

The Democrats were not to be outdone by the radical Republicans of the late 1800's.

Look at the evolution of Socialism they delivered in the early 1930's and continue to deliver to the slumbering and seemingly uncaring populace today.

Our liberty is badly fragmented and is being more badly damaged each day of the current resurgence of the radical Republicans.

Have you noticed they insist on calling our Constitutional Republic a democracy? They want to export this democracy throughout the world by massive military power and so called nation building.

Have you noticed how they refuse to call our government a Republic. We are now a national government.

They have incrementally removed from any public perception without the consent of the governed integral parts of the Constitution such as the 10th Amendment which grants all but a few enumerated powers to the states.

First they eliminated from public acceptance the 10th Amendment Without the consent of the governed) which began the deterioration of the sovereignty of the states. How can you fail to note what they're doing to the Second Amendment. Now, they're taking the next step to eliminate the sovereignty of the Republic by giving authority over our citizens to the nations of the world.

Pretty slick, these incrementalists.

They, both parties at their effective heights, have foisted on the people two illegal amendments to the Constitution. Neither the 14th amendment nor the 17th amendment were lawfully approved by the states or the people. These amendments are scary when interpreted in light of socialism. Many of the individual problems enunciated by GHC writers such as Jim Dean, Mike Crane, Steve Scroggins, Joan Hough, Frank Conner and others all emanate from a tyrannical sleight of hand that both parties have become well practiced in performing.

They use the "lie technique" Tell it often enough and it will be accepted. These Constitutional issues have not been voted out by the governed. They have been interpreted out by the lie. This lie equally applies to both major parties. It is personified by the executive, judicial and legislative branches of federal and state governments. It is continually illuminated by the media. Even those who claim to be conservatives never mention these usurpations by the governing entities. They are nothing more than enablers to the lie.

As I wind up, let me give you my worst fear that is taking place. Another item we've warned about before. The big brother syndrome is very much in effect today. People are being arrested for speaking out. Free speech is being shut down when it doesn't meet certain criteria. No one seems to care. So called hate speech punishment is taking place without the establishment of law. Every day we hear of further violations of liberty. (a word he Marxists in America have changed to "freedom")

Almost every federal agency, now called national agencies, is involved in some type of eavesdropping on good loyal Americans domestically, with no connections whatever to terrorism.

It has now become dangerous to criticize the government as I am doing now. Even worse, it has become dangerous to express your views about religion, ethnicity. homosexuality, property rights, the right to bear arms, God given individuality and unique personality, family values and the failings of education. We all have more Liberties that are lost or gradually among the missing.

If we speak of a peaceful revolution, we may be misinterpreted. If we speak of separation, we are called traitors.

The governmental eavesdropping is widespread and has in one way or another affected the lives of millions of our citizens. Your right to privacy has been abridged. Your free speech is now circumspect.

Liberty in America is almost gone. Be aware.
