Stopping the Illegal Immigration Looters – Commentary by Jim Dean
Dear legal Americans,
I recently received this gem below via Dr. Abernathy. As you will see it was
something that was kept under wraps for reasons that will be obvious to you all.
My personal recommendation on the enforcement problem, i.e., 'we don't have
the budget or manpower to do it'...is to just adapt the bounty hunter format for rounding up employers. All you have
to do is let the fines go to those doing the grunt work and the whole mess will be cleared up in a couple of years.
I know legions of retired vets and intelligence people that would love to do this. We can start a whole knew industry
and even have our own reality TV show.
Those who are exploiting illegal immigration would fight such an approach or anything like this
tooth and nail. But we need to start proposing things like this to bring the opposition out into the spotlight so
folks can see who they are.
This would push wages up, and inflation a bit, too...as legal Americans
fill these jobs at higher prices, but then those better paid workers would now be bigger and better consumers.
All the money going to Mexico would be turning over here, so I think it would be a net gain by far.
The typical immigration hustle is in the small trades. A small contractor
who once made a reasonable living at $50 to $60K a year, can hire a crew of underpaid Mexicans with no benefits,
including workman's comp...underpaying them $10,000 a year. On a crew of five he now makes an extra $50,000. Much
of the money for his workers goes back to Mexico. And he has got his competition over a barrel. If they use decent
wage American labor they cannot effectively compete.
The illegal labor contractor now move into a bigger house, and drives a
$60,000 luxury SUV...and his wife now stays home. Meanwhile five decent paying blue collar trade jobs are lost to
traditional Americans. One guy moves up and five families move down. This is nothing more than an informal social
security and welfare system for Mexico. It is an illegal tax on American workers and businesses, and it is
actually a crime.
This is literally a war going on against legal American business
enterprises and they have been thrown to the lions. That is why so many of them have joined in on the looting,
which in a way is what it is. They are looting the country just like the New Orleans looters did (i.e., non-enforcement).
And when anyone comes to try to help out the victims, they also get shot at to discourage them from doing so.
Do you hear any Pols calling for a massive rebuilding effort for those
who have been 'displaced' compliments of the illegal immigration looters? No you have not. And you probably won't
because they have sided with the looters, just like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson did in New Orleans. They are all
cut from the same cloth, even if it comes in different colors.
It's a war folks, and it's past time we responded to it as such.

U.S. Justice Department Memorandum Supports Local Arrest of Illegals and Employers
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The U.S. Justice Department released a memorandum by the Office of the Assistant General Attorney
after a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the ACLU. The memo supports the enforcement of immigration laws
by local officials. The memorandum concluded: "It is ordinarily unreasonable to assume that Congress intended to
deprive the federal government of whatever assistance States may provide in identifying and detailing those who have
violated federal law, federal statutes should be presumed not to preempt this arrest authority."
CTCIC comments that Title 8, Section 1324, states that officers appointed by the
Attorney General shall make arrests for violation of the immigration law and "and all other officers whose duty
it is to enforce criminal laws." Far stronger than the above memo, the immigration law specifically authorizes
local and state enforcement.
CTCIC has the position that it is not only the right, but also the duty of state and
local officials to arrest those in violation of Federal Immigration laws. CTCIC encourages local police, mayors,
Attorney General Richard Blumenthal and Governor Jody Rell to do just that.
Federal Immigration laws not only apply to entering and residing in the country, but
they apply to those that employ illegal aliens, "If a few employers find themselves facing five years of
imprisonment, massive fines and the confiscation of their vehicles, they will quickly find legal workers," said
Mr. Streitz.
"It is more important to concentrate on the employers than on the illegal aliens,
Said Mr. Streitz. "If you dry up the money, the illegals will not be there," said Mr. Streitz. "They are here
to make money and send as much home as possible. Money is the issue."
"The Justice Department memo was apparently hidden by the Bush Administration because it did not support its open borders policy of massive migration into the United States. Ironically, the ACLU uncovered something that will aid in ending the massive immigration into the country," said Mr. Streitz.
