Information and Simple Arithmetic – Commentary by Jim Dean
Dear legal Americans,
Below is just one more story regarding the unreported insurgency going on right here in the USA. And this insurgency has a lot of support within the country, even from police departments.
The 'sanctuary' policy in effect in many American cities prevents local police from taking an illegal alien into custody simply for breaking US immigration laws, but only if they have broken 'other' laws. This is another goodie provided by the pro illegal immigration lobby.
The Hispanic gangs just love this as all they have to do is use phony ID's, or in the case below, not use any...and being pulled over does not even increase their pulse rate. Illegal immigrant criminals routinely use false ID's and have for a long lone time. They are arrested constantly and released, despite their being wanted for other crimes because the cops don't know who they really are. In effect, the sanctuary policy is aiding and abetting these folks' staying in business. That is why the US is consider a big resort for foreign criminals, especially Hispanic ones.
This is not the first time that our 'leadership' has chosen to not to interfere with criminal operations if they felt doing so would hurt them politically. I have been researching high treason during World War II among Roosevelt administration officials and there seems no end to it. You can only find this stuff in out-of-print rare books which lead you to the archival material. Nothing about this is taught in schools, or even in counter intelligence classes. You are about to see why.
Helen Lombard was one of the best known Washington correspondents during World War II. I had never heard of her before finding her book listed in the bibliography of another. She had a treasure trove of D.C. sources and wrote a 1947 book called 'While they fought,' about the behind the scenes corruption while our troops died in the field. The last chapter is called 'Termites.'
Roosevelt promised the Russians at the Teheran conference that he would let them set up a secure radio-teletype circuit in the War Department that would be strictly for their use. That's right folk's...they wanted a secure spy communications system provided by our government. General Marshall informed the President that this was a violation of the Federal Communications Act. Roosevelt's response was 'Find some way to do it anyhow.' Despite our own counter intelligence officers being convinced that this system was being used for espionage, the link remained open.
Because our own loyal officials were deemed to be 'not team players' for opposing the teletype circuit, this story takes another twist. Our own counter-intelligence service was ordered to destroy its records on subversives. The communists did not want these files to be used against them, so they just called on their friends in the Roosevelt administration to give them a little....sanctuary.
The order to destroy the copies of subversive records within the War Department was given on May 7th, 1944. This required not only the copies but also the originals of these records to be destroyed. There was even an advocation to abolish the counter subversive system within the Army. Field commanders were to deal with these issues in the field and send no reports to Washington where they would be archived. I am not kidding folks, this is all in the archives.
When Congress got wind of this they investigated. The found that the order to destroy the 'useless' records did not go through channels but in the unusual form of a personal letter from General Nelson to General Bissel, head of military intelligence. Congress was able to stymie the destruction partially. The War Department promised not to destroy records that 'proved subversion.'
On January 7th, 1945, Helen Lombard was leaked a copy of a State Department directive removing former barriers against the commissioning of Communists in the highly confidential services of the US Army. The list is too long to cover here but the first three items are, officer candidate school, aviation training, and security and intelligence duties. Once again folks, I am not pulling your leg. This really happened. I was as surprised to learn this as you are. The directive was entitled, 'Disposition of Subversive and Disaffected Military Personnel'...marked secret, with each copy registered and numbered. This order was in direct violation of the Hatch Act (like refusing to enforce immigration laws).
When Walter Trohan of the Chicago Tribune broke the story the War Department admitted that it had reversed itself and that, in effect, known communist would now have access to "top secret" information. The New Deal packed Supreme Court decision in the Schneiderman case (have not looked this up yet) was invoked as partial justification for the new policy.
Once these 'new people' moved into their new jobs one of the first things they did was to abolish loyalty investigations for the press bureau and radio division of the [Army] Public Relations Bureau. The abolition of security checks was gradually expanded to other branches of service.
So folks, once again we can look back into our own history to see mistakes being repeated today. But with so few of us being aware of the past history we have no common foundation which we can use to fight the contemporary aiding and abetting of traitors.
I ask you to help us educate our families, friends and neighbors to this ongoing tragedy, watching our country sold down the river, today as it has been in the past. I ask you personally to help us to promote the GHC website viewership by passing our commentary and articles around to your own personal lists, and actively help us build up our database. In the end of the day, simple arithmetic will determine whether we win or lose.
